Fundraising

Thank you so much for the outpour of love and those of you who would like to be tested for Kyle.

Unfortunately, Kyle no longer qualifies for a bone marrow donor. He only qualifies for a cord (unbelical) blood match.

Please do not let this stop you from helping another child just like Kyle! Call your local Red Cross and find out how to get onto the National Bone Marrow Donor List!!!! Please Hurry, someone is waiting for you and will die without you!

In the spirit of Paying it Forward...

 We would like to ask you to help support other local children and their families who are still battling or have been newly diagnosed with the same cancer Kyle had.

Please also pray for Baby Matthew's family as their precious boy lost his fight with this ugly disease. There are many more still fighting.

The greatest blessing you can give these children, besides prayer, is the gift of Mom & Dad at bedside full time.

All the strange faces, scary testing, misery, & pokes are bad enough on their own, but we've seen many children have to endure most of it.... ALONE!

We as parents have the most difficult choices during this time & are many times faced with choosing bills, like paying the rent/utilities, providing groceries for siblings, or even the gas it takes for commuting from home/work to hospital

REJOICE!

We have been through two bone marrow transplants with no fundraisers. This is unheard of. Plus, Kyle reached his lifetime max on his insurance while still in iCU, so our medical bills and judgements are through the roof! Any little bit helps and we so appreciate you for being so kind.

Isn't life glorious! Isn't it grand!

Here - Take it - hold it tight in your hand;

Squeeze every drop of it into your soul,

Drink of the joy of it, sun-sweet and whole!

Laugh with the love of it, burst into song!

Scatter its richness as you stride along!

Isn't life splendid - and isn't it great

We can always start living - it's never too late!
